Karen comes to Corporex from Lupoli Companies located in Boston, MA. She most recently served as vice president, director of real estate development for the company where she managed Thorndike Exchange; a two-phased mixed-use, transit-oriented development with 35,000 square-feet of commercial space,190 residential units and four restaurants.
McShea began her career in real estate with Spaulding & Slye/Colliers, a vertically integrated real estate company serving the Boston and Washington, DC markets. Quickly advancing in the company, she became head of Colliers International’s Development Consulting. Projects included shaping the San Juan Waterfront in Puerto Rico, among others in the Caribbean and throughout Latin America. Karen also served her country as an Economic Attaché at the Embassy in Moscow Russia. These experiences not only expanded but also enhanced her abilities to advise clients on complex projects and assignments worldwide. Karen is a graduate of Boston College.

To date, Corporex Colorado has completed eight projects in Colorado including Embassy Suites and the Hyatt House at DIA; the Museum Residences, a 55 luxury condominium complex and the ART, a hotel in Downtown Denver; Fitzsimons 100, a 168,000 square foot office and retail building; SpringHill Suites hotel and Hyatt Regency Aurora Denver Conference Center, all part of the Fitzsimons Village in Aurora Colorado and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lone Tree Colorado Currently, we also have several projects under development.
